- To the poster below who posted about declining offers from Pitt and NOAC, have you already declined those offers yet? I've been accepted to NOAC but with no funding and as an out of state applicant, I'm was really hoping to get some. I'm just trying to decide if I should wait to see if I receive funding before making a decision. Congrats on JMU!!!
