They told me this: Admission to our program is very competitive and we have many good applicants; unfortunately, we have to limit the number of students we admit. At this time, we do not anticipate recommending anyone else for admission to the CS PhD graduate program for Fall 2016. If for any reason that changes we will contact you. Can I assume that I am in a waiting list?.
