- 6 journal papers, 1 conference paper. I talked with a professor and he decided to hire me as an RA. So, if the professor has a funding and would like to hire you as an RA, then you just need to have minimum GPA and language score like TOEFL (GRE in this case is not important) but if you are looking for scholarship from the university or department, then GRE is really important.
