- I have actually received offers from both MS&E and Cornell ORIE .The Chair of ORIE PhD Admissions Committee sent me a congrats email with offer letter (w/ funding) attached as a pdf. Stanford offer was sent from the MS&E Student Services Manager this afternoon informed me that the decision has been posted on applyweb.
