- Received an email saying that i am accepted on 1/19/2016. Still waiting for the official offer send from the school. I was originally a second year PhD student in the graduate program of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Kansas and i'm not quiet interested in the research that focused on diabetic nephropathy here and my previous mentor is really weird and she treats people really bad in her lab. She promised me to work on AD and neuroscience before i chose her lab but then i end up with diabetes which is why i choose to move. 4 co-author papers, no first author.
