- decided to apply when I saw the program extended its deadline. my major is in journalism so naturally I was interested in the health promotion/behavior concentration. was told that that concentration was filled so I applied for the policy/management concentration instead (my dream job field) and pled my case. maintained a correspondence with the advisors each step of the way-- I think that helped a lot.
