- I just wanted to write this hoping it eases some of the worry about being rejected from USC just because it's past April 15th. My acceptance to USC's M.S. Civil Eng. program didn't come until April 30th, 2014 of last years admission cycle. It's well known that USC takes FOREVER to make decisions, and I completely understand that other schools have deadlines which makes it very inconvenient, as well the M.S. programs having different deadlines than that of Ph.D programs. Best of luck to all of you regardless what program you're applying for.
