- Very disappointed and surprised. I know this program is competitive because they have a high number of applicants...almost 500 a year. That being said, I am an internal applicant, with years of experience as a SLPA. I wish programs looked into more than just a GPA. I was working full time as an undergraduate student due to having to work to even afford tuition. Glad I accepted an offer two weeks ago before even getting any sort of notice from UNT. Good luck to everyone who is waitlisted!
