- I am trying to decide between the three programs. I am from the University of Virginia, and am looking for a place similar to Charlottesville/UVA feel. Although Pitt is a great school, don't know if I could deal with the cold. Any suggestions on deciding between ETSU and UT? I noticed that UT is a much bigger program, and I want to make sure that I get a great education. Thanks!
