- Hey guys. On 2/23, I received an email from the graduate college to check the portal for admission decision. On February 19, I got an email from the department of speech and hearing science at Illinois stating the "provisional" acceptance: Congratulations, the Admissions Committee at the University of Illinois has recommended that you be accepted into our Doctor of Audiology (AuD) program for the 2015-2016 academic year. Our Audiology program is highly competitive so you were selected from a group of highly qualified applicants. We are considered an excellent AuD program with highly regarded faculty. This is a provisional recommendation that is forwarded to the Graduate College at the University of Illinois. All official offers of admission come from the Graduate College. In the near future, an official offer of admission will be sent to you directly from the Graduate College via Email. You will be required you follow a link in order to ACCEPT or DECLINE the offer of admission. The deadline for your decision is April 15, 2015. I think AuD acceptances have already been sent out...
