Note that in a previous email sent to us on Jan 16: "If you are offered admission you will be prompted via email to submit an F-1 or J-1 Request for Certificate of Eligibility SEVIS Form I-20/DS-2019 through your SOLAR account. This must be done before your I-20/DS-2019 can be issued. If you have any questions please visit the Visa and Immigration Services website." Hopefully this may represents a decent possibility of matriculation. Let just wait for it.
