- TOEFL ibt 109 (R:29, L:30, S: 22, W: 28). I have contacted the POI to let them know that my paper which was under revision at the time of submitting my application, now has been accepted for publication at a ISI journal (impact factor 3.99- first author) and he responded that my application is " on Hold" until those who were offered admission, make their mind ! - being rejected is so much better than being wait-listed. that sucks.
