I'm still waiting on funding decisions, but was guaranteed support for 5 years with a stipend based on teaching experience with the opportunity for regular salary increases. Because I feel that this may help others, I decided to post more about my background: 4.0 MA GPA, 7 conference presentations (2 national, 5 regional), 1 publication (book review), and 2 years of teaching experience.
