- This response followed days after me getting the run-around and being told to ask this person and that person and this person about the status of my application. I WILL be requesting a refund and will not consider this program in the future. "We apologize for the delay in response. We have placed a moratorium on the HED Doctoral admissions process while we revise the program. We did not admit any graduate students for the program and will not begin the admissions process until January 2014. You can request a refund from the Graduate School for your application fee or ask the graduate school to hold your application for consideration for next year's admissions process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and wish you well in your endeavors."
