- I asked them to inform my admission status 10 days ago, and they replied me this morning "You are on a wait list". It does not matter because I am not going to Davis anyway. They also says, "I know that's frustrating, because you will accept somewhere else by April 15. Please keep in mind that accepting an offer by April 15 does not preclude you from changing your mind based on new data received after April 15. You simply have to request the other institution to release you, and they will, because no institution would stand in the way of students who would rather be somewhere else." Hope this helps.
