Notes
"due to the limited size of the MS class and the constraints of the physical facilities on our campuses we are unable to offer to you the opportunity to begin your MS studies at a Carnegie Mellon campus in Fall 2013. Nonetheless, after carefully reviewing your application, we recognize that your profile and the quality of your application is quite strong and we wanted to make you aware of a new option that you may be interested in.... Starting this year, we have the exciting opportunity to allow you to begin your studies towards your ECE MS degree by taking some of our courses remotely in Fall 2013. Students enrolled in this way will begin the program remotely for their first semester; upon successful completion of your first semester you will be able to spend your second and third semesters in residence at a Carnegie Mellon University campus in Pittsburgh or in California"
