- I finally emailed them because I have to give Chatham's food studies department an answer... Good thing Chatham was my first choice! NYU requires more experience than I can possibly have (I'm 22, been out of undergrad working in environmental policy for under a year) so it's not a big surprise. Good luck to everyone else!
