I received a letter from graduate advisor, saying that"The answer I can give you is that you are currently second in line to receive a fellowship" ,does it mean I am just behind you in the waitinglist. I equally hope to go to iub, it's so sad that you are highly likely to receive a fellowship and I will be rejected. Anyway, hope you can attend iub.
