- declining this offer. good luck to those on the waitlist. I was disappointed with ISU and the program, after they lost my GRE scores and transcripts that I sent 3 months in advance, and that the admission offer letter included last year's dates and spelling errors. If we try so hard as applicants to impress a program, shouldn't they reciprocate?
