- Notes
- did a short phone interview because my background is in economics and sociology, not communication. a couple weeks later received wait list letter: We are in the midst of the review for the Ph.D. program in Communication and Society for the 2009 fall term. We have made offers to our top candidates and have agreed to wait until April 15th for their decision to give them an opportunity to weigh offers from other schools. Although you were not among our top tier applicants, we do remain interested in your file. We understand you may be entertaining offers from other schools, as well, and may not wish to wait until April.
