In response to your application to graduate study in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley for the Fall Semester 2012, we regret to inform you that we are unable to recommend your admission due to the large number of outstanding applications that were received and our limited enrollment allotment.
