- A long road that was totally worth it! I originally applied to E-IPER and my application was transferred to CEE. Then, they told me I was unqualified for the PhD program but would consider me for the MS but with no funding. I went out to visit and was surprised to find that they had changes their mind and gave me a full fellowship AND I will start my PhD in the Fall... I'm very, very excited.
