- Called to schedule an interview for next week. Found out through friend who interviewed for this PhD progam last year and was accepted that this is just a formality; cinema studies PhD interviewees are all accepted even before their interview. Supposedly they just asked her whether she was ok living in NYC, asked if she had any questions about the program, and that's it. Very excited about this soon-to-be offer, though juggling a few offers.
