- I also got a mail from Purdue saying that you have been accepted for direct PhD. program in Electrical Engg. No fellowship offered. They advise me to look for RAship by applying directly to the professors. Why is it like that? Isn't the university supposed to make sure that TAship/RAship is managed by them?
