- Domestic applicant from Canada. Not a formal rejection, but the department has emailed back that they haven't finalized the cohort list yet but an offer is unlikely to be sent out. They also told me that official decisions should be out around mid-April. A bit of a bummer but I've accepted another great offer that I received!
