- I received an offer on March 17th, and college placement on March 20th, but no information regarding funding. After I inquired with the DPhil administrator, I was informed that I had not been nominated for any departmental or university funding, and they had no information about college funding. UK universities are severely underfunded, so please consider that the offer may very likely be without funding.
