Did a great job in writing SOP and Personal Statement. 2 rounds of interview, 1 round with the Director (30 mins), 1 round with the Program Advisor (1 hour). Got put on waitlist first, then accepted after 4 weeks. For folks who has low GPA, I think if you can get the proof that your graduation rank is actually in a good place (basically telling the committee not to be tricked by the low GPA, that you actually have a good ranking in your cohort), then your chances of getting accepted are quite high.
