- Notes
- The two professors I mentioned in my SOP conducted the interview together. They asked general questions such as why I chose this university and program, why I want to pursue a PhD, about my research interests, and what my plans are after completing the PhD. At the end, they gave me the opportunity to ask questions about their research. I had emailed both of them before applying, and they replied somewhat generically that my research overlaps with theirs and encouraged me to apply.
