- Didn’t receive an interview invite. Received an email saying check application status portal, as there is a letter on your decision waiting. Opened up portal to the rejection later. The next day received an email from PI explaining the process of the decision and offering their office hours if confused or needing support in the next steps on my journey. Talked about lack of funding and resources this year making the applicant pool of 711 to only have 7 accepted. ( < 1%)
