health services research / health policy track

Dear ASE Applicant, All three of our admissions slots have been filled for this cycle, which means that we will not be able to extend you an offer to join our PhD program this year. We wish that, as in prior years, we were able to admit more students. However, given the current financial landscape in universities across the country, this was not possible. Thank you for the opportunity to learn more about you and your work. We wish you only the very best moving forward. Rosalva Isidoro (she/her) PhD Advisor - English, American Studies and Ethnicity, Art History Academic Support Hubs- Humanities USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts & Sciences University of Southern California Los Angeles, CA 90089-2900

Received recommendation for admission, formal admissions letter on 03/21 and departmental offer on 03/23 via email.

4a/2w/7r, no interview

Received a research-based BA and MA before applying, and also had several months of experience in libraries and archives.

Has anyone gotten an acceptance to this program?

Email from PhD advisor: "All three of our admissions slots have been filled for this cycle, which means that we will not be able to extend you an offer to join our PhD program this year."

Just received an update from the Graduate Program Coordinator that I am currently 'still on a waitlist' for the PhD in Educational Studies. McGill is my absolute top choice and the only school I truly want to attend this year. If you have received an offer from this program but have already committed to another university, could you please consider officially declining your McGill spot as soon as possible? It would mean the world to those of us waiting for that one chance to return to our home base. Thank you, and congrats to everyone who’s already settled!

Did not originally apply here! I originally applied for the PhD in English, but after I was rejected there, they sent me an acceptance letter from here.

applied to a couple of places, waiting on NYU. Assuming rejection and hoping that it gets sent out today, however, if anyone in admissions reads these forums... please consider sending rejections as soon as possible. We also have decisions to make, and would like to have all of ours results before making them.
